Single or double row paper pot planters are an ingenious Japanese contribution to production seedling planting in seedbeds.  Using a proprietary paper pot germination system the seedlings are strung out in a furrow and covered with trailing wheels.  The two-wheel model is a bit heavy and probably requires two people for extensive seedling planting.  Attached to the elec cart it is converted to a nearly effortless exercise and a supply of seedling tray can be efficiently at hand on the cart in shelves.
